Been rotating between insanity max 30, p90x3, and body beast the past year or so. They have a new program out called shift shop. I think I'm going to wait it out and check the reviews. We had a huge thread last year on the OT board.

I have gone back to the old school original P90X for some of their workouts as it gave me the best results.

I did P90X, X2, X3, Body Beast, and T-25.

P90X2 is just awesome.

I did P90x, X3, Body Beast and Core de Force. Loved the original P90x as it was what finally lead me into joining a gym when I completed it. Body Beast was awesome but your gonna have to invest in some equipment. I did Core de Force on my last cut. Thats my go to cardio now because I hate running.

I mix asylum, insanity, body beast and a few things from P90x with some heavy bag work and sprint intervals a couple days a week. It works for me. I detest lifting heavy so I've had to come to grips with the fact that I won't get very big but it's enough resistance stuff to have a lean build. Asylum is probably my favorite, that shite is no joke though.
