I agree with this guy.

Anti Inflammatory for what? I thought studies show anti inflammatories inhibit muscle growth..

Why are you hurting? DOMS? If you are overreaching, allow your body to adapt and push through. If you are still sore as hell after weeks, then you are probably doing to much or eating to little.

Active recovery is the way to go to relieve soreness.

None of you MF'ers need any of this shite. You aren't doing nearly enough volume doing Greyskull or whatever 45 minutes a day 3 or 4 days a week to be all inflamed from training.

Don't eat like shite and sleep and you'll be more than fine. I do twice as much volume as nearly all of you and I don't need that shite either.
