Nike Free Metcon 4

If you want a true “CrossFit” shoe this is the best all around shoe I’ve ever had for just showing up to the WOD and not worrying about if I packed the right shoes. I can do all movements including Olympic lifts in them and they are comfortable enough to run in for sprints or distance (400m-800m)

I do hiit a couple of days a week. One day is jumping rope, sleds, etc and the other day is sprint work on a track. I have a pair of Brooks Adrenaline, although they feel great, I find they're a little too bulky. I want something a little tighter fitting & sleeker shoe.
For the people who wear crossfit shoes, do you recommend a crossfit shoe that can handle/be comfortable for sprints? Or just go ahead a get another running shoe that I like better than the Brooks?
ETA I have a pair of MECTON Free 3s I really like as well.
I have 3 pairs of Reebok Speed TRs I've gotten over the years and wear them for non-barbell intensive and non-aerobic workouts that usually have running. They are lightweight, stable, and meet needs of a good HIIT / METCON / speed shoe. Don't think I've paid more than $45 for any of them and most recently got a USA-themed pair I really like and wore on our Labor Day workout "The Badger".

I think the Reebok float ride energy 3 would fit the bill for both. It’s a running shoe but i think it would make a good hybrid for ya.
