My wife used to get their version of the tablets. I guess it would be similar, you just put a tablet in a glass of water and it fizzed like an Alka Seltzer then you drank it. The ones she used had Energy on the little sleeve. I think it had some green tea or something similar for a little caffeine. She liked them ok, but hasn't used them in a while.
