I basically want to ski 30000' vertical a day, with a lot of moguls mixed in. And the base of most my mountains will be above 9500'. So the cardio helps.
Plus Im friends with a bunch of 25somethings who like to rock climb and hike stupid shite. So its not JUST to look good.
Ah! Yeah, I figure I should just lift heavier and heavier circles and the physique changes I want should start happening.

"Running" isnt exactly what Id describe it as. The goal is up as fast as possible... aint a prayer I can just run up it.

80% should be base aerobic pace/effort. 20% should be VO2.
