It’s just B6, herbs and some aminos. Is that really a nootropic? I assumed nootropics were more like designer drugs.

I take alpha gpc, huperzine a and bacopa in separate supps. Those are the 3 most legit parts of Alpha Brain, but Alpha Brain has them as a "blend," so you have no idea if you get them properly dosed.
"Proprietary Blend" on a supplement label should always be a red flag.
