When would you let your son start using it? I know it’s been researched thoroughly. Curious when most would give the green light

I let my kid start at 14. Mainly because he does a sport that is prone to concussion, and the research is positive in creatine’s effects there. He also is very conscious of importance of hydration, so I don’t worry about problems around that.

with the effects on the development of the brain.....as early as possible.

but i say that with a caviet...you have to make sure they are responsible enough to drink plenty of water. That is honestly the correct age becasue many times, especially when its hot outside, they will get dehydrated easily.

it is a health supplement first, performance supplement 2nd.

teenager is 100% good to go, but even down to age 8-10 depending on how they hydrate.

I was mixing it in with my daughter's formula from the very start. She's 2-1/2 years old now, and fricking jacked. 26 pounds body weight, with 19 pounds of SMM, and 4% BF.
