I'm a huge Brian Alsruhe fan, so I'm sharing this. It's $25, but he makes solid programs, and this seems like it might answer a lot of people's questions about what to do during the shutdown.

I honestly don’t understand buying programs. There’s so much free content on YouTube to where you can create your own.

It's a program tailored to the current gym shutdown, which is rarer.
Also, Alsruhe is upfront that his income is from his gym and programming, and his gym is shut down and programming is his only income right now.

I might do that too, even though I'll never use the program. He puts out a s***load of good, free content on YouTube and deserves that kind of support.

The only time I buy a program is to support someone who gives out tons of free content.
