Guess I can do this while walking down the line of treadmills?

I'm getting the 'Let's Get Peachy' vibes where I have to get out of my comfort zone again.

Edit to add that Daniel suggest adding weight when possible. This was specifically said in response to lunges vs DB lunges, but I'm guessing it applies to the back extensions also.

Not me . I ended up loving them. It was crazy how much better I got at them as the month went along. I was crazy sore for maybe the first couple of weeks, because I think we did every day. But at the end I was doing them easy.

Jump ropes on day 1! I struggle so much with jump ropes

Do you know any good alternatives to jump rope? I can't get more than 5 or so skips before I get all tripped up. I'll give it a shot tomorrow, but need a backup plan so I'm not spending 15 minutes trying to find some sort of rhythm.

Thats exactly me too.

In high school we used to have to do circuits and if you stopped doing something then we all had to do pushups. jumprope was a station and I always screwed it up so we had lots of pushups to do

D1 done. Used this for my Thursday workout and back to BF2 tomorrow

Last set of 10 DL’s were tough. Going to feel the ab rollouts tomorrow.

3x50 jumping jacks was tougher than I thought too

4:30 deadlifts with lightning cracking this morning in an empty gym hit differently.

Day 1 down

Wow, today was intense. I don't know if I was over ambitious in my weights, Daniel programmed an intense day knowing we'd immediately have 2 rest days, or something else entirely, but I took every bit of the 2.5 min rests and more. Ironically, the jump rope (which I was nervous about) was the easiest part. After grabbing a heavier jump rope it was MUCH easier to keep rhythm.

I’m feeling it this morning in my back and hamstrings from the Deadlifts and RDL’s.

Surprised AB’s not that much from the rollouts.

I did just the deadlift portion of the workout. It was a pull day for me so I stuck with that.

Hell of a day one.

Those super sets were sneaky hard. It took everything I had to not skip jump ropes, but I did it and I managed to not embarrass myself.

Mega long time forum lurker here - finally decided to chime in and join up for Deadcember. I've run a couple of Dan's other programs so I kinda thought I knew what I was getting into. Holy smokes.
Either I am way out of shape or that was a lot more challenging than it appeared on paper.
No matter what, I earned my Christmas Tree Cake today.

Those 40 DLs were no joke! I am completely dead after that workout.
