Awesome. I saw this post last week and started Monday (coming off a cycle of BBB) instead of doing Squatober. I've really enjoyed it so far.

Does anyone have any experience with Benchoholic? It’s a program that doesn’t get mentioned too often. Just wondering if anyone has run it and their thoughts maybe in comparison to the other PPSA bench programs.

First week of Strongville in the books and I really enjoyed it. (Ok - maybe not the overhead carries so much) It's definitely quite a change of pace after Grasshopper.

Is that the original Silverback or version 2.0? I own the original but I don't mind upgrading.

"I would run like this

Strongville
Silverback
Mass that last
Strongville
Grasshopper"

Finishing up Grasshopper and wanting to focus on improving my Big 3. Any specific PPSA plan recommendations for that?
I'm not sure if it's better to do an all in one program or possibly running three more speciailzed plans in a row - i.e. - XMas Bench, then maybe an old Squatober and an old Deadcember. Something along those lines.
Appreciate any help! Thanks gang.

Started back lifting after a long run of injury - knee tendosis, followed by a shoulder injury and then lower back. (Everything is breaking in my late 40's lol). Roughly a year of PT and work to get healed up.

I'm currently running Grasshopper as I slowly try and rebuild strength. Any thoughts or ideas on programming moving forward? I feel like getting some strength back while maybe dropping some fat that I accumulated as I sat on the couch feeling sorry for myself is the best plan.

I just don't know what order of operations is best in terms of the PPSA programs. I probably own half of them. Thoughts/guidance appreciated,

If you were listening closely this morning you probably could have heard my soul being crushed as I realized that final 5 card I drew was actually 10 reps.
I really enjoyed today's programming quite a bit. Although those may have been the sloppiest 10 pullups I have ever done. Those were a battle to get done at the end of that superset.

I don't know what my deadlift max will be at the end of the month, but I can guarantee my grip strength and hand callouses are going to be legit. I was feeling it something serious by the time I was doing pullups.

After liberal use of the heat pad and foam roller this weekend, I am back in the game and ready to go. I also restocked snacks and ibuprofen.

Mega long time forum lurker here - finally decided to chime in and join up for Deadcember. I've run a couple of Dan's other programs so I kinda thought I knew what I was getting into. Holy smokes.
Either I am way out of shape or that was a lot more challenging than it appeared on paper.
No matter what, I earned my Christmas Tree Cake today.
