I am looking to do a 300 a day kettlebell swing challenge to get back into it and as a mental challenge as well.

Anyone see any issues with doing this?

I did a plan that called for 100 a day for 5 days a week. Two arm wasn’t an issue. Single arm was more of a challenge.

This the 10000 swing challenge by Dan John? It’s 10k in a month. Nothing wrong with it but shits way harder than you think and better take care of those hands

100 / day 5 x's / week seems reasonable and obtainable.

300 at 53 lb American would make for a good marathon style kb workout, but unreasonable repeated daily or even if dropped weight or style to Russian.

Any random opinions on long term damage to joints with high repetition movements vs lower repetition higher resistance movements. Just curious.

I made it for close to a couple of weeks with a 24k, Russian style swings doing that 10k challenge.

It's just mind-numbingly boring. I couldn't make it through the whole month. I don't think you'll have any issues, though, physically.

how do you split it up, set-wise? 10 sets of 30? seems to be the sweet spot imo but curious to hear what you're doing.
