From those that have done this, what results can I expect? I'm like 6' 180, pretty slim build. Been doing probably 5k or so for the last couple of months with some light dumbells mixed in.

I know pushups aren't great for getting big and I'm not trying to get swole but can I expect any muscle gain at all?

I would imagine you chest definition would look very good. Look at military members, while they don’t gain a lot of mass in boot camp, they definitely come out with a solid chest.

I didn’t see much of a difference honestly. Finished with it thinking it was a waste of time.

Never did the math before but at 400/day that lands me around 12k/month.

Good for definition and helps prevent onset bitch tit if you’re an older baw.

A ton of guys gain weight in base training from the sheer volume of push ups and food

I’ve done it 3 times. If you focus on making sure you are doing them right, chest to floor and locking out your arms, you will see results in your chest and abs.

It’s not going to be mind blowing, but you will see results. It’s only 30 days, not like it’s 12 weeks of focus.

Yeah but you know what I mean. They aren’t going to go from 180-200 as you would with a weightlifting routine.

Shoulders and triceps should tone up, as well. You're going to gain little to no volume, however.

Increasing my push ups helped me big time in getting over my stalled bench numbers.

I did the challenge twice. My chest became more vascular, and the pecs looks more separated, if that makes sense.

The main takeaway was that I became very efficient at pushups. So much so that months later I can bust out a set of 100 with very little effort.

The good news is that all the gyms are closed, so what else are you going to do? Do your 333 reps for 30 days and let us know the result.
