Now you have to do 1,000 pushups before midnight tonight. Good luck.

Might as well act like it's going to happen. A third will make it official.

Accepted the challenge on 7/29, figured I would start training. Took me 5 sets to get to 42 total.
Unable to do ANY on 7/30 or 7/31........dammit, I'm out of shape.
8/1 - 13
8/2 - 26
8/3 - 86
8/4 - 26
I suck
But........I have gone from a max set of 12 to a max set of 17 in just a week. Hey, it's progress.

everyone is at a different level, my friend
as long as you are truly pushing yourself to being sore and tired, you're doing good work

We all start somewhere, bro. I remember when I would get a hernia lifting a toilet seat.

Hey, if you're better today than you were yesterday, then you're doing good work.
On another note, I'm having my BMI measured on 8/16. Had it measured in the beginning of June and was at 12.03%. Not that it matters because I'll be doing the push-ups regardless, but how effective would you say push-ups are in regard to losing fat? I'm guessing not much, but it just got me wondering.

Almost 0. Diet is what helps.

Well I've been doing the diet thing so that's good. Just hoping this challenge will give me that little extra edge to hit my goal of below 10%.

8/4 - 200
8/5 - 30
Stuck at work today, and got a major paper due tomorrow. Glad I squeezed in the 30 this morning before showering ha! Last week of summer school is hell on Earth right now (gaining fats and losing the muscles).
