Why don't you find your way back to the 50 Shades of Feminist thread?

Well this is a good start point to make some changes I suppose. I'll weigh in Aug 1st.

Change my diet up, and i'll kick the soft drinks for the month. Add running a 1/2 hour every other day, and see where I am at the end of the month.

Thats a solid plan! I am in as well, lets do this!

Damn. Are you really able to make month-long commitments on a whim like that?

You must diet with no problem

I'm actually kinda pumped about this….I was just saying to myself I need something to get my arse in gear…was working out 5-6 days a week before I went to Brazil…then backed down to 3-4 and last week only ONCE and this week only ONCE…sometimes you just don't have the motivation but I think this thread will really help me…the p90x OT threads always do.

Also, you wouldn't consider him strong? You really are saying some dumb shite today!

I am sorry you feel that way but I was careful to qualify my statement by saying he is not what I would consider strong. He is certainly far stronger than the average person but he is nowhere near his maximum potential if he actually trains by doing only push-ups and sit-ups. I have always been skeptical of that but if it is true he has limited his strength development tremendously.

we had a thread about this a while back. Half the people here hate me and the other half loves me. I was pretty sure you hated me though so I have been trying to be mean to you.

Getting bored. Anyone up for a challenge? How about 10,000 push ups in a month? 333 a day, for 30 days? Could be very interesting.
I down, but I need to make sure my life insurance is paid.

I have literally never hated you In fact, I thought we discovered a long time ago that we had a lot in common.. and THEN..

I am one of those types of people who get something in their head, and can just flip the switch and do it.

Start it in August so we get an extra day. Saves us 11 big ones a day.

I am pumped as well, I need something to get my arse in gear. You were pretty jacked up in your Brazil pics and I am sure you will be even more ripped after this!

Come live with me for a month?

I want motivation so badly but it's SO HARD to motivate myself.

Been at work for 10.5 hours? I could work out, OR I could relax because I have to be in bed within 4 hours to wake up tomorrow morning for 10.5 more hours of work.

I've been swimming laps after work just so I can feel good knowing I did something since I'm too unmotivated to work out.
