Try the 10x35 and use your lats to go down.

I would like to see a video of someone doing a days worth (~350) though for proof of at least one day and one poster.

I could possibly do this.

It'll give some posters some motivation. Some might think since we are on the OT, most are lying and I don't have to do mine today.

That is exactly what I am doing. 35 sets of 10. 7 sets down so far. I guess I have to start my fat arse somewhere.

Just curious what everyone's motivation and goals are with this. Is it just to challenge yourself? To use as a bridge to a healthier lifestyle? Just wondering.

Good idea, I think this will suit me the best. I will just try to knock a set of 10 out every chance I get a small break at work.

I only weigh 160 so its not like I am pushing a lot of weight up, but Ill be god damned if my chest isnt on fire after those first 15 this morning

That's getting a set in like every 20 minutes. I don't think that will happen.

You're reading it the opposite way haha. 10x35 = 10 sets of 35 push-ups. Whatever works is a good way though.

You could do a set of 45 every hour (8 hour work day) and get the total days worth.

I am the only person in my office, so I can knock them out anytime, on top of my many hours of downtime during the day.

Uh yeah, no I read the 10X35 right.. having not done a freaking thing as far as excercise in a while that ain't happening. Hell I ran for the first time in a year earlier this week. I only did a mile three different days, but my one yesterday was 8:39. I wouldn't say that it is good, but going from couch to that in a week is a start.

I would like to get to doing 10X35 by the end of this. Until then I will start with 35X10. I am going to knock out 3 sets so I can at least say I got 100 in before 10am.

ETA- to the poster asking why folks are doing this... for me it seems like a decent catalyst to try to get moving. I am not grossly overweight at 6'1" 210, but would like to burn a few calories and get moving in the right direction.

it's not bad man. I mean my warmup contains 200 before lifting. add in another 200 at lunch and 200 at night.

sets of 50 with 30 s rest is a joke.

Why would you say this? Do you think everyone is on the same fitness level?
