I feel the one I did just in my legs. It was pretty much just legs.

I want to try some others too. Alternate them out on different days.

My desk is always in a client's office, so I feel like I'll have to do what I can before and after work, and a bunch Friday-Sunday.

there looked to be a lot of good videos on the right that I'll probably go through and see what I like

I'm kind of getting burnt out on my current routine and want to try something new anyway

By the time I got to the end of the first set of jumping jacks, I was panting and my dog was smiling at me like "You fat piece of shite"

actually when I do push ups at home it is usually decline. of course i've never done 350 in a day much less 30 days in a row so the hell with the decline this challenge

It does if you do it right. It's still primarily a chest workout though. Some involvement of the triceps and shoulders. Your core is used as a stabilizer.

I've thinking of making another subtle brag video of my favorite pushup variations. What do you think?

change it up and do some incline and decline

it'll work more areas than a regular push up

any OT ballers wanna do some diamond push ups in this?

after I run through the first 10k, i figure it will be about august 8th or so, and i'll do the next 10k upside down on the wall

I'm thinking people just post their numbers and then you add it to a spreadsheet, update whenever you get the time.

I'm probably going to do 3 x 111, probably the easiest way to get it done. Morning-afternoon -before bed.
I can do 80 straight.
