This is tempting but it'll really throw off my current workout routine. I'll have to sleep on it because I know I can do it. I'd probably do 500 over 20 days with rest days in between.

I should note that there is no way I actually do the whole thing. In fact my goal is more to be able to do 333 a day by the end of the month

I've been out of shape for about 3 years now, and I've had enough. I am exhausted right now after a 30 minute bike and doing 50ish pushups and 50ish abs. This seems like a good kick in the arse I need. I'll try to knock out 100 in the morning when I wake up and see where I am.

I will be putting all the names into a spreadsheet to track it all for the month. Should be interesting to see how it all plays out. Havent come up with a good game plan on how to get everyones numbers. Im thinking just everyone post in thread as it goes along and i'll just keep up with the spreadsheet. Then post the spreadsheet every other day to keep it as up to date as possible.
Anyone know of a good way to host the spreadsheet so that people can download it every other day if they want to?

Let's kick it up a notch then. 5k crunches as well. In reality, crunches are easier to do more of, but we'll be tired from the 10k push ups enough anyway

Over the last two years, I've kept everything on my computer that I do outside of my runs, but that's on Nike+.

cap: Let's do it then. We can keep track of our crunches as well. I travel a lot next month anyway so I won't have consistent weight room access anyway.

I'll give this a go
I've always struggled with push ups because I broke my arm when I was little, chipped a bone so my left arm doesnt bend in the same way as a normal arm/elbow.
I imagine I'll be behind significantly behind in the early weeks, but will try and do more in the weekends.
But like the other guy, I'll be happy if I can do 333 in a day by the end
