28 days in my 100 pull up, 200 push up, 300 air squat challenge. I finish up this week, and I’m definitely taking a little break the rest of the week.

So I finished the month with 7,216 reps. I didn't do a single pushup when I was on vacation. I'm contemplating doing this again for this month. I already did 100 reps this morning.

Haha.

I'm gonna do it again in September. I think I'm going for 2,000 pull-ups this month.

Should be fun.

Day 29 was a bummer. On round 15 I landed awkwardly after the pull up and felt my lower back explode. Like a dumbass, I pushed through it and finished the 20 rounds of 5/10/15. I’m on the sofa currently in severe pain.
I’m praying it’s some sort of stinger, bc I was 30 days bad.

May just be me, but that doesn't sound like how I would describe a stinger...

Did anyone actually see physical changes from doing this or is it more of a 'fitness challenge'?

If you're not already doing high rep pushups, you're going to notice a difference.

Today would have been Day 30, but instead of doing my last challenge, I spent the morning at Ochsner getting my back treated. I’ll be on pain meds and muscle relaxers for the next few days. Def gonna take it easy.
