I had been in a workout drought because I work a pretty labor intensive job and was too worn out to get in the gym. I remembered reading about this challenge on the board and figured I would try it to see if it might rejuvenate me, and it absolutely has! I’m at 1,920 for July and I plan on at least 200 more before today is over. And I’m going to hit the gym and do some pull-ups later as well. Good luck to y’all and thanks for some inspiration to try to be more fit and active!

I do 100 rep rounds broken up into sets as needed, depending on how I feel.
My first round might go like 50 reps, 30 reps, 20 reps
The second might be 100 reps then 33 reps.
And so on.
Its important to get the reps in everyday. How they're broken up is less important.
