I'm at the gym 4 times a week doing the Greyskull LCI program along side the pushup challenge.

It has definitely helped me on the bench press. I put up 185lbs for a 3x5 like it was nothing after struggling with it a couple of weeks ago.

Day 21 - 333 reps

6,883 for the month.

I'm going on vacation next week, so I don't know if I'll continue this or not. I'll try to, but we'll see.

I was in San Antonio this week for work and I was able to get my reps in. Today, on the other hand, might be a different story. We have to be out at my son's baseball game in 35 minutes.

Missed a chunk of days due to a business trip. Sitting at 2250 on quest for 4000.

Major soreness has really decreased and am definitely feeling stronger.

How many push-ups are y’all doing per set? I give out around 50 every time

I break it up into 100 rep rounds, then break that up into sets. So my 1st 100 rep round may look like:

30 reps
20 reps
20 reps
30 reps

If you can't, don't try to fit the whole thing into one set. What's important here is getting the work in for the day.

That being said, I have 0 reps for the day. Drove 10+ hours and was dog arse tired.

Finished my 3rd full week of my challenge

Total #’s are:
2100 pull ups
4200 push ups
6300 air squats

Today I did 20 rounds of 5/10/15 in just under 18 minutes. Day 1 I could only do around 5 rounds before resting. Today I pretty much did the entire thing straight through.

For those who are saying it's helped their bench press a lot, are you doing PUs every day or are you taking rest days? Is it not necessary to take rest days to help your muscles recover?

I'm doing the push-ups every day.

It's body weight exercises. You don't need to take days off to rest.

Most people are doing sub maximal sets, very little fatigue sets in at this point.
