I'm pretty sure I saw Jesus at some point. He asked if I had chalk.

If I did, it wasn't noticeable. But I was leaner then than I am now anyway.

I have noticed some things after 10 days of doing this. My upper body is becoming more vascular, to the point where my wife mentioned it last night. Also, my abs have been getting a good workout, which I suspect is from the plank-like stance of the push up.

Gotta weird day of work ahead of me so I'm going to break my reps up.

I just did 210 "regular" push-ups in my office and will be doing around 200 more when I get home on the push-up board.

Didn’t get to post yesterday, but day 9 and 10 in the books. Totals...

1000 pull ups
2000 push ups
3000 air squats

I feel like the last 2 days I can really tell the difference in my workouts. I have been flying through the workout it seems.

How is this? I would imagine that the pullups are brutal, but the pushups and squats are pretty manageable

Are you doing other daily workouts with this?

Are you hitting the gym along with your daily pushups?
