If you're by the river you can run along the levee, if I'm not mistaken

I would probably pack heat while running in Shreveport.

Where can you pick heat? Sounds like a nice idea when it’s hot in certain places.

Trying to get your run time down, I see!

I used to run the parkways. It's been a few years but I never had any issue.

Clyde Fant parkway is good, or Arthur Teague parkway in bossier, they’re basically the same just across the river from one another. There is also a running path along bayou Pierre that runs along Fern Avenue.
