1RM Calculator
Some plans call for doing X% of you 1RM. If you're like me and think that 1RM don't do anything for your body, then this may help you.
I can't verify but I'm pretty sure that it's free to have an account. Plans are paid. I'm not currently paying them anything but I have access to this and other things.

It's a decent guide, but 1rm calculations can be difficult to estimate.
I saw an interesting study that women are far better at reps at 90% of a 1RM than men are. Essentially women could hit 5-6 reps in a set at 90% where men were in the 2-3 range.
Your link seems to have a PW requirement, so my only other caveat would be that above 5 reps is pretty impossible to reliably translate to a 1rm.

Could be that men push the envelope more going for a 1RM than women.
A bench 1RM of 300 equates to 270 at 90%. If someone does 290 (but has more fuel in the tank and stops to call that a 1RM) then 90% of that is around 260.
In my lifting experience 10lbs is roughly 2-3 reps. If I’m getting 5-6 at 260, then I’m usually limited to 3-4 reps at 270.

I'd have a different hypothesis.
First, women are generally smaller, i.e., a shorter bar path. The shorter bar path minimizes fatigue over multiple reps.
Also, men generally have a higher % of fast twitch muscle and women have a higher % of slow twitch. That means peak power output is generally higher for men, but women will do well when endurance is a component.
