Whats the deal with the dude who cheated at LGA NET AM?

You couldn’t find the thread because it was mentioned in a hijacked thread. Long story short, the guy carried an average of 4.8 index the entire calendar year. The 15 days leading up to the cutoff for the handicap used for the tourney he posted 20 plus scores that weren’t high but he intentionally posted them from the women’s tees so the differential became extremely skewed. They issued him a 2 year ban.

He got his cap up to a 9.8, so they rounded up to a 10. Apparently the guy is a Jeff Parish cop.

He pretty much did. He will be ridiculed and dogged for a long time. I heard that the LGA staff wanted nothing to do with him. The rest of the field was pissed and let him hear it.

Why don't I see anyone DQ'd from the results?

My guess would be they are worried it will look bad on them for not catching someone who blatantly cheated. If you go back and DQ him now you are admitting you missed it but honestly I am just speculating

I mean, it’s not like anyone expected either party to pay up on a $1000 bet on an anonymous message board. I’m more taken aback by him not admitting he was a moron than the former.

Mailman vacated the thread with the quickness, then started a thread this morning about how the win shouldn't count because the format is changing next year.

Pretty pathetic stuff tbh.
