I like golf shoes! My wife calls me a "golf shoe whore." Adidas is my go to brand for all shoes and clothes.

Placing an order for these new Peter Millar shoes, not too keen on the bottom but they look pretty "BAW"

Forgot my shoes when I went to play Friday so had to buy some at the club and picked up these.

I like the way they feel, but when standing over them putting they kinda look like clown/bowling shoes.

I guess i'll just have to get used to it.

I just ordered a pair of FJ DNA Helix - it will be the first time I have not used Dry Joy Tours in a number of years.

I've got a few pairs...

FWIW, check your local Burlington Coat Factory. They have been getting shipments of Nike Lunar Control 4's, FI Premiers, and Air Max 90 golf shoes recently and are selling them for $19.99.

I bought a pair of these a few months back...hands down the most comfortable golf shoes I've ever worn.

Classic FJ whites with brown saddle. Love em. Got them at a Sports Authority on clearance for like $30, 7 years ago.

Are there different course conditions where you all rather the spikeless shoes? I've only ever worn softspikes. Should I look into getting a pair of spikeless also?

i think the main advantage is being able to walk wherever you want without changing shoes. i've got a couple pairs but don't wear them often to be honest. i definitely prefer spikes for traction on the course.

Slightly off topic . . . but does anyone else save their old golf shoes to wear while doing yard work? I've found them to be quite useful for that purpose as the waterproof feature fights the dew, the leather fears no weed eater, and the extra traction helps in a yard that has some slope to it.

Good point. Rickie's probably got the best pair for yard work
