Hideki still looking good after the Genesis.

Shockingly, Scottie still can't putt.

Scottie needs either to move to the broomstick or armlock or go to Brad Faxon and beg him to teach him to putt. It’s mind boggling how he is on a generational run Tee to Green and is 170th on tour in putting.

He’s figured out his ball striking after having the worst approach play season of his career last year

I always pull for Eric Cole as well. Very likeable young player.

Him having success at playing professional golf with Addisons disease and being a type 1 diabetic is quite a feat and very impressive.

Looking forward to watching some golf at 10PM tonight

The course at Hong Kong Golf Club is only 6,710 yards long. LINK The Hong Kong Open on Asian Tour is played here every year & Cam Smith just recently finished 2nd there back in November

Scottie should go arm lock. It looks awkward but it couldn’t hurt to give it a shot.

I’m sure Steve Sands is a nice guy, and I think he’s a good interviewer, but I need him to stop fellating Arnold Palmer every 10 seconds.

Don’t forget about the Puerto Rico Open that has a stronger field rating (127.05) for OWGR points than International Series Oman (88.99) did a couple weeks ago - even though it had 20+ LIV golfers playing…

No wonder Norman gave up on OWGR. Even if they figured it out, the field rating for points would be a joke

I was curious how Data Golf would compare the two. Unfortunately, they only rate PGA, KFT, LIV, and DFT. However, their ratings for LIV Hong Kong are only just above the Puerto Rico Open. So, maybe the non 20 LIV golfers in Oman were so bad that it caused the ratings to be drastically different.

I’d expect the International Series Macau to be even less next week too. I had no idea how low some guys like Sergio/Kokrak have fallen

Seriously what the hell was Phil doing for those that watched?

First double at 1:58
They didn’t show a whole lot of their round on back 9. Just Koepka really

32 putts for Phil though.
Compared to 26 for AK. His short game is pretty good. I think he’s having issues with his irons. They said early on in broadcast that AK got his clubs fitted for the first time this week

Morikawa almost started OB, OB on the first hole today. Second tee shot was about two feet from ending up OB.

Not good.

Rory does not look good and Morikawa is 6 over thru 6. Tough featured group.

G
Phil going from a blade putter to the oversized L.A.B. model is a huge change.

Worked well for him last week. Heard the greens in HK are tough though

They looked really difficult to read. I felt like a saw a lot of misreads on shorter putts. Didn’t know how much of that was from a lack of course knowledge and how much were the greens.

Liv needs to kill this Anthony Kim thing with fire.

He’s awful.
