Doral is now a major outlier in terms of success. It bombed in a time where almost every other tournament is having record years

I’m certain you would bury yourself alive to prove you could handle a shovel.

Report the whole news amigo.

LIV did have a 420k average, which is quite good for them, but it dropped by 75k or so once the Truist came on to network TV.

Also, the early coverage on Golf Channel avg 1.1 mil on Sunday, which was the most watched golf coverage on cable since 2010. They also averaged 675k over the 4 days, which was the best the Quail Hollow tournament has done since 09.

So LIV had a good day for them, but really got obliterated in the grand scheme of things.

There was nothing else in sports going on this past Sunday and Fowler was in contention. The 50-60 year old who watches golf off and on probably saw Rickie and wanted to see him win. Most barely knew who Cam Young was before the Players or Ryder Cup

If 420k on main Fox is good that’s a big problem for anyone. lol

I was switching back and forth watching Boo, Brandt, and A Fitz and even ventured over to LIV for a bit. Was a good day to watch golf.

I wonder if lefties couldn’t stand the fact that Doral is owned by the Trump Corp so they refused to watch? Maybe.

I don't think lefties make up much of the typical pro golf watching audience.

I don't really think they're the demo to watch golf regardless of course/tournament. They're more the NBA type.

I think Cam Young dog walking the field and Florida Swing fatigue were the main contributors there. I had it on, but took a hell of a good nap during it.
