They got boys out there with chainsaws cleaning up. It looks like no one was harmed

That was pretty wild to see. Part of me says it’s pines so not too surprising. But I also think they mess with the ground(s) so much that those trees might not be rooted as firmly as they would be naturally. Not to say Augusta is at fault or anything, just a thought.

Wonder how insanely fast they’ll have it cleaned up and looking like it never happened.

Them boys looked like they meant business. Lots of saws. I imagine it’ll all be gone in a couple of hours

Everyone went running like someone got hurt. Is it confirmed everyone is ok?

Also, they almost have it cleared except for the trunks. Trunks are cut ready to be moved.

There may be a new tree there by tomorrow. Augusta don't play.

Have they had a lot of rain lately. Looks like one tree snapped half way up and did the domino effect with the other two. Normally with saturated soil, pine roots go down, oaks spread out.

It is alleged that Reed knocked them down to improve his lie. Don't shoot the messenger.

I just saw the video on Golf channel. That could have been really bad. People were scattering.

Some No Laying Up retard on Twitter is saying they ought to test all the trees before resuming play and that it’s a serious concern.

Brandel Chamblee can vouch for every tree. It’s ok now

At TPC last year, a tree went down behind #8 green. Crew had it cleaned up like the tree never existed within half an hour. Very impressive.

I guess technically it did come loose and is an impediment
