I wonder how much cash Nike made over the 27 years of their deal! Wild to see. But I get it. Big time investment for sure.

I noticed his son wearing Greyson stuff.

JT is also a Greyson guy.

I bet he ends up with them. Gut feeling.

So I’m guessing this is part of Nikes efforts to trim costs right? With them getting out of equipment they’re really lacking in the apparel game. There are so many better options now.

Yeah, all nike golf apparel is made and feels cheap. When your polos are poor quality but still $90 and you can buy nicer stuff for a little more or even cheaper, you're doing it wrong.

I imagine Taylor Made makes a run at him since he already plays their clubs.

Does Greyson have the money to pay tiger? Are they owned by a bigger company?

Think he owns his TW logo. I know it’s just not as easy as doing it but he probably will just go out on his own??

I think that's the speculation.

J-Day out of Nike too. They may be out of golf altogether in the next few years. Which is good. Not talking about quality or feel, but the scripting they put their players in for majors is a disgrace.

Their current players are

Justin Thomas
Erik Van Rooyen
Luke List
Akshay Bhatia
Cameron Tringale
Luke Donald
Carlos Ortiz
Kelly Kraft
Morgan Hoffmann
Harry Higgs
Kevin Dougherty
Dylan WU
James Nicholas

They also have some guys on the ATP Tour, the NHL, and MLB

They're also the title sponsor for the Netflix Cup

They're a young company but a quickly growing one

Charlie Woods signed an NIL deal with Greyson. No doubt influenced by JT since they are boys. But that’s why he wears it.

Also Taylormade isn’t really an apparel company. Seems like most of those guys go with Adidas.

Will be interesting to see who he goes with.

Maybe some sort of an equity deal.

That used to be the case, but seems like half of them have been Nike now. I really wonder if Nike is doing away with golf entirely. Jason Day was the first to leave (also a TM guy) and now Tiger. That leaves Finau, Rory (TM), Fleetwood (TM), Molinari, and Brooks

Seems that way because Adidas used to own Taylormade, they divested it a few years back to a venture capital group. Adidas hung on to some of the legacy contracts, but has been scaling back a bit.

I thought Taylormade might make a run at Tiger as well. Set up the brand and source the manufacturing, but thinking more about it, that probably doesn’t make sense.

Has to be foreign money who will afford him and his own line. I'm going with Puma since they finally got rid of Rickie
