You're whining like a bitch. How bout I walk how I want and you walk how you want? Is your masculinity really tied up in your ability to lug 20lbs around on your shoulder for 4 hours? Ooohh, you're such a big, strong tough guy!

He also looks like a bitch using a push a cart. No amount of money will earn my respect - especially when someone uses a push cart to play a man's game.

He still plays the "man's game" better than you do. He likely does not care about earning your respect. Let me guess, you hate Fowler and want to see Nike fail for introducing blade collars?

upholding the traditional rules of the game, walking, exercising appropriate etiquette, all while playing in under 4 hours and 25 minutes is what is wrong?

One can uphold all of the traditional rules of the game, have etiquette, and play under 4 hours and 25 minutes, and still use a push cart. Also, using a push cart still requires walking.

Carrying your bag does not make you a better player or more of a man. I'm fairly certain you're trolling at this point.

That's false.

I grew up in the South walking 18-27 holes a day in the Summer heat. Never once had a problem with stamina or endurance in a competition. However, kids from up North would come down and play in the Florida heat and you would frequently see a WD next to any kid's name from North of South Carolina. These kids were not conditioned to walk 18 holes three/four days in a row because they were weakened by playing seasonally and in cooler weather. Add a push cart to the equation, and these kids would be weezing for air by hole 13 like "net." Carrying your bag in the heat strengthened myself and all the players I grew up playing against, several of which are playing at the highest level today.

The only substitute to carrying your own bag is to hire a caddie. I know female golfers that won't use push carts because of the stigma associated. I played in AJGA and FCWT events growing up and never once played with someone with a push cart. So for all you "baws" out there there that want to give off the appearance that you can break 100, it is suggested to carry your bag. You won't get any respect pulling up to a bag drop and promptly pulling out something that is akin to an erector set to tote your stereo and bag around the course on your journey to shooting a 115 and holding up play.

Do yourself a favor and buy an original ping hoofer bag and carry.

You realize you are advocating for the use of something that will further the pussification of America - but it's cool because you are too fat and lazy to carry a bag while walking, so this is how you have to justify looking like a moron pushing a cart around when any able bodied individual should be able to walk with a bag easily.

Just because your goof troop of "board buddies" tell you this is acceptable behavior does not make it right or in any manner tolerable. Go ahead, get some rims on your cart while you are at it, and hire someone to pull it for you, because we wouldn't want you getting too tired playing an outdoor sport. Hell, while you are at it pack a bathing suit, with the amount of time you spend in the bunker and with your newly purchased rolling cooler/boombox that happens to carry a golf bag, 18 on the course might as well be a day at the beach.

I don't have a push cart. I'm not advocating for anything. All I did was call you a pussy for caring that much about what other men do. I stopped reading here. Carry on.

I'll run circles around you the athletic competition of your choice. I play golf to enjoy myself, and throwing a 30 lb bag across my back in 100 degree heat isn't enjoyable. If you think that carrying your bag is that important then go on, but I rarely ever walk and I could tote the bag around easily if I wanted to, I just choose not to.

If this guy can use one, so can I and I dig using it. Hate riding so push cart is the perfect balance to not f up my 37 year old back.

Small bag, few clubs. Carry.
Else, pull cart.

Instead of learning how to hit different length clubs, he complained and made them all the same length. Typical millennial. He's also not a regular member of the tour, and struggles on the web.com.

Looks like ole cart boy is now a "regular member of the tour", won a tournament event, and will be playing in the Open Championship this week.

I'm 30 and I use a push cart on just about every round. I keep up just fine. It usually takes me about 3 hours to walk 18. Clicgear 3.5 is where its at

You can push a cart on The Old Course, therefore, carts are great by me.

Since you can't use google, check this out

Pussification of America

I'm glad you look up to such a great kid. Everyone deserves to win a participation trophy for playing in the worst event on tour. Go ahead and get yourself the DoucheAMbeaux outfit, single length irons, and a pull cart. You will surely be everyone's favorite person to play with at the club.

Ain't a fricking thing wrong with a pushcart. All the HS and college players are using them now and I'm over 30 so frick lugging that bag around. Also I can hook my Bluetooth speaker onto it and drop in some cold ones and let her rip.

Here you go folks, how the real golfers feel about PUSH CARTS
