I was wondering how long it would take Dave to interject himself. He’s a horrible golfer that doesn’t know 50% of the field and yet he has to be the show. I get it, his company is the title sponsor. And Kwon’s sleeping in was selfish and unacceptable… but the random 4 hole penalty? He can blame it on Kwon, but the penalty doesn’t gain severity depending on why he was late. Like what if he was on the range still, or if he was in the bathroom with a stomach bug? There should be zero difference in the penalty. Plain and Simple, he can join on 2 tee box. 2 things can be true at the same time… Kwon could be a remorseless jerk AND the penalty can also be randomly idiotic.

This was surprisingly entertaining to me. Dave is a bit much, but he makes me smile. I have never heard of most of these people. They need more Gruden.

I agree, I’m not a Portnoy fan or Barstool really and I knew he would make himself the show and this was his way to do it. Should’ve either be join on hole 2 or DQ.

I semi disagree..
I liked the 4 hole penalty over letting him join at 2. It seems well thought out, if Kwon is "as good" as he thinks he is, then he should be able to win 5 and it gives them a chance.
Plus it adds to the controversy and adds a compelling factor.
(but him shitting on PFT was a very bad look, If i was PFT I would have talked shite back)
Or DQ him and then it automatically gives Riggs team a point.

I like Garrett. GoodGood was probably the first golf youtuber I came across.
One thing that bothers me with most youtube golfers is they will tell you the shot they're going for, and about 98% of the time, they don't come close to replicating the shot...
"I'm just gonna fade a 7I in from the left side of the green"...
Proceeds to hit a draw 20 yards right of the green. Then says something about the lie.
They very rarely come close to hitting their shots..

They said they were going by official PGA rules.
Kwon is lucky he got to play period. PGA rules state Kwon should've been DQ'd for missing his tee time.
And remember... this is a youtube video at the end of the day. Produced drama has to happen. It think they milked it a bit too much. I got bored of everyone complaining about it. Do something about it and move on.

Frankie was chirping at Kwon about it every chance he got. I thought that was funny. Doubt Kwon even cared enough to be bothered by it.

Brooks Koepka has commented multiple times about how he only hits 3 or 4 shots per tournament they way he intended to.

DOD king does act like a douche, but I think a lot of it is his act. He is also the most positive guy with his teammate on the whole thing.

Wildly entertaining so far. I will say that Kwon acts exactly like that in most of his videos with the Taco guys or whatever they call themselves and it generally works with them but he came off very bad doing it to PFT

This is a good point. Him and his group are all extremely self deprecating and constantly tell each other how much they suck and are negative. It doesn’t come off as mean though because they’re all extremely good and they’re also all friends.
