Any tips/recommendations on managing or controlling tempo? As with most golfers, when this is off, I am all over the place. I saw a guy on YouTube say to count 1, 2, 3, 4 in the backswing. It does help, but I always look for other ways to improve. TIA

I like to have students completely stop at the top of the backswing, this allows the weight shift and legs to begin the downswing. Good Luck!

I mostly just FEEL like I’m taking a pause in the top of the backswing, but doesn’t necessarily look like that.

Feeling the ‘whip’ change directions from backswing to downswing helps me feel the pause at the top better.

I've got a SKILZ gold flex I leave on the patio that I swing daily... Not sure if that helps

This is what I do. If I feel like I’m off I just think about Big East and it almost always works
