Do you hate golf or something?

He didn’t play that bad. Just barely missed some fairways. The interest he drives is huge for golf clubs as much as it is for other pros, media/TV coverage, equipment sales, etc.

Nope I love golf and it was question. I've watched TW since his college days.

But if questions are allowed, then have an admin delete.

Yep and my wife was there working. So for those that ask... "do you hate golf", I'll just say it's a love hate relationship.

Questions are allowed. I asked you one as well. It's a dumb thread. There's no reason for him to hang it up. He can still win. Those last two holes were bad breaks. You get bad breaks at US Opens. You have to be nearly perfect to have a chance. The winners typically have a ton of bogeys in this kind of setup but they also score when they get chances. He did both today.

Truly, a stupid question. Tiger's won 3 times in the last 2 years.

John Rahm has also won 3 times in that span - should he hang it up and just play recreationally?

6 bogeys and a double was rough but he did make 5 birdies which should be near the top of the field today.

He needs to eliminate the little mistakes he made... missed several fairways by just a yard or so and ended up with some terrible lies.

So you claim to have been watching golf then for over 20 years and still asked that question? Yeah you’re retarded.

Has John Rahm had the injuries that Tiger has? If he had, maybe he would hang it up.

I can’t believe this is a serious question, but the answer is not just a no but a hell no. At one point he was -1 and a couple shots off the lead on his back nine and lipped out for what would of been his 4th birdie in a row. He had 2 bad finishing holes and it was considered a bad day. That bad day is 73 at one of if not the hardest course in the country.

If the man still enjoys the competition and wants to pay the price; why should he quit? I wouldn’t.

He’ll always contend there. Question is, do you ever see him winning another US Open or British Open?

Based on what I saw today, yes. Especially British.
