Shadow messing with golf swing

Anytime my shadow is directly in front of me or just to the right I chunk it, snap hook it, or sky it with the driver. Anyone ever have this issue? I normally hit the ball pretty well but this shadow problem is ruining rounds. I don’t know if it’s messing with my depth perception or what. Any advice is appreciated

sorry. This made me giggle. I’m a bit of a mental midget myself, but this seems bad. You’re gonna have this happen almost every round. I’d say tee the ball up with the alignment aid on your target line and really zero your focus on that line before you pull the trigger. Aim small miss small

Every few rounds I have this same issue. Can’t shake it almost like I have the yips. If it is overcast I’ll wait for a cloud but I can’t exactly explain it. It only affects my irons though doesn’t matter for my driver or short game.

I think stuff like this is all mental. It's only a problem because you tell yourself it's a problem. Get on the range and set up where the shadow is "in the way" and work through it. Get the confidence up by continually hitting good shots and convince yourself that the shadow won't affect the outcome.
