Finished bogey free -5 on the day, -12 after round 2. Still currently 4 shots in the lead right now, but a lot of play left since Sam was one of the first groups out this morning. If he can keep the hick-ups to a minimum, he's really striking the ball nicely and consistently putting himself in makeable birdie range. Missed several birdie putts close today.

on 2/19/21 at 4:07 pm to lowhoundFaldo put Sam in his players to watch last week and today was beating his chest about it. He shoots 4 under this weekend he'll be hard to beat. I believe he set the two day scoring record at Riviera. Pretty impressive considering the history of the course.
