Good menu. Bacon wrapped dates with goat cheese and almonds sounds delicious. Wagyu filet is hard to beat.

Thought he would have leaned a little harder into his Irish roots. One side dish and a dessert is all he really has to show there

Not on Rahms level but good.

Be hilarious if some south Louisiana/ms baw won it one year and had a crawfish boil. Imagine Gary Player sucking on some heads

I read where Augusta National sent some chefs to a French restaurant in NYC to learn how to make the Yellowfin Carpaccio properly. Pretty cool.

Yeh I read you can bring in your own chef or have the Augusta chefs do it. Guess Rory went the Augusta chef route
