2018 Bridgestone XS
2017 ProV1
2017 ChromeSoft
2017 Snell MTB
They were all equally long off the tee. Into the wind tho, I thought ChromeSoft and the new Bridgestone were really good but the other 2 were right there distance wise. I swear the Bridgestone XS is more accurate. It seems to have very little side spin.
Durability wise I was impressed with the ProV1 and ChromeSoft. Snell wasn't bad either. The Bridgestone is serviceable but if it hits a cart path, it's done.
Short game wise they all have pros and cons. ChromeSoft and ProV1 have the most stopping power as far as 20 yard chips. The Bridgestone feels the best off the putter and rolls very true. Snell, again, was right there with everything else.
Trying to think if there's anything else. If you have any questions, I'll try to answer.
ETA: let me add that the side spin thing with the Bridgestone XS applied to long and short irons as well. Very accurate for some reason.

Bridgestone XS is this a new ball? I’ve been playing the 2016 or 2017 B330S and have been more accurate than normal. It could be that I’m swinging the irons better, but I’m hitting more greens and fairways is all I know.

Brand new. Came out about 2 weeks ago. Good ball. If I had a tourney tomorrow, it would prolly be my gamer

Been playing Bridgestone 330S for years. Great ball.

I find the MTB and ProV1 to be very comparable. I’m still testing out the Tour XS, but from what I’ve seen it spins the most inside of 80 and with the chips. All were the same distance. No experience with the ChromeSoft.

The TP5x spun inconsistently with full wedges. Some would rip back, others would release like a foot

I’ve been playing the TP5 all year and really like it. I prefer it’s softer feel over the X version. I would like to try some of the new bridgestones though

I picked up some Bridgestones at the beginning of summer, because they were on sale. (Buy 2 get 1) I played ProV1 before that.
I am happily surprised.

Srixon has the best ball on the market in my opinion

I just switched to ChromeSoft. The performance for the price point is the best out there IMO. Especially when you find them for $31 a dz.
Haven't seen XS yet. I might give them a try. I tried to like the 330S RXS and RX, but just couldn't get along with them consistently.

I love srixon. I find that up and down their line, they are extremely competitive. Their low end balls are better than the other brands. Z star is a damn good ball in the high range. You can find great deals too.
