A full membership comes with tennis and pool. There is an individual full membership and a family full membership. Full family allows everyone to hit balls and gives everyone access to the pool and splash pad.

with no 3 round maximum

Someone mentioned this to me recently for PP. Can anyone expand on what that actually means? He told me that it was 3 rounds a year that you can play. Seems suspect.

As a non-member, you can only play 3 rounds in a calendar year with or without a member in your group. That's their effort to not make it essentially a BREC course that is continuously open to the general public.

What's the price for a membership? I don't play enough there to justify it but I'm curious. I did the associate membership several years ago that was affordable but I'm not paying for a full membership to a course that I'll only play 6-8 times a year.

This is more of a gatekeeper. If course revenue is down, they'll let you play. If they're stacked or you're a slow golfer, they'll log your arse.

Personally, 3-4x a year there is all I'd ever play. I average a round a month so, I split up my courses.

It was not really enforced until the second half of the year. It will be enforced in 2023.

The Pelitrain Program will allow for unlimited play on the lakes.

I'm very surprised that no one at Pelican Point has reached out to those of us who have the Anniversary Memberships at the Lakes course to see if we want to upgrade in 2023. I'm in this boat. I get nearly daily emails about freaking lunch and dinner specials, who is playing music on the patio and promotions about coming to watch LSU football games on the big screen, but nary a word from anyone over there about giving you guys more money via an upgraded membership.

What does a Lakes membership run these days? I have zero interest in the driving range, I just want to play golf on a course that doesn't force me to ride.

I've been told that it's $79 a month plus cart fee for the Lakes course.

It’s $89 mth, around $97 after taxes; $25 Lakes cart fee 7day tee times, $35 Links after 3pm.

I've been playing on their deals the last 5 years. I haven't heard anybody say that they're doing that deal.

I mean if you want me to show you my monthly statement I can. I’m there a couple times a month and haven’t heard any different unless they’ve changed things in the past few weeks.

Call the clubhouse and ask them if you feel inclined to do so.

It’s a great value, just too far away.

You should have received either an email or a letter about the packages.
