A few years ago at Magnolia Creek on a par 5, I was about 270 out and I trying to hit a 3 wood to get close.
I swung way too hard and thinned it. It never got more than 5 feet off the ground but it was a rocket on the hot hard Texas ground.
It kept hitting these hard mogels and bouncing forward and ran up on the green to 5 feet from the hole. Left the eagle putt on the lip and made birdie lol.

Had a perfect lie out of a bunker, hit a 3wood onto a green to a pin that was 250 away, had to carry it 235 over water. Really really stupid shite, but I pulled it off

255 out on par 5; bigtime wind-aided. Hit rescue 3 which landed 20 yards short of green and rolled on. The reason I remember this shot is because it went in for double eagle.

I had 310+ into a par 5. A cement cart path crossed the fairway about 60 yards short of the green. My 2 hybrid layup hit the path and shot forward. Ended up about 40 feet from the pin.

I only hit one green today.
It was a 7 iron.
I tried my best.
It was ugly.
I will try again soon.
Strangely, I won the money.
Traded partners every 6 holes.
Everybody played their best with me.

265 with a 3 wood at Dumas #12 a couple weeks ago. It was 250 to carry the creek. I was ecstatic to make birdie. That hole has ruined so many rounds for me

258 3 hybrid into the green last week, all carry into very soft green. I was surprised, to say the least

Indian hills in Opelousas (I don’t recommend it). Par 5 #8
Had 230 to the green with a GD oak tree in the middle of the fairway between me and the green.
Hit my 3 wood the purest I’ve ever hit it. Over the tree. Perfectly straight. Onto the turtle back tiny green (all the greens there are tiny).
Two putted for birdie.
Haven’t hit my 3 wood that well since. I hate that club. But that one shot keeps it in my bag

260 or 270 out on #3 at La Tour. Down wind and the course was dry. Ran it up between the bunkers. 3 putted for par
