Better shape than copper IMO. Greens rolled pretty well. There are several bunkers that it looks like they gave up on but that’s an easy work around

It's in better shape than I expected it would be after being closed for as long as it did. The greens are in good shape, but they aren't cut very low and are slow because of it, but the ball rolls pretty well. Tee boxes are OK - not great.
Fairways are nice and the rough is thick so it's pretty easy to lose a ball if you miss a fairway.
I think Chris will have it looking pretty damn good with in the next month or so.

The Island is getting good Baws…played in the Dow Tournament on Tuesday and was shocked at how good it has gotten. Greens are thick, a little slow but true. Fairways and Tees are really good. Bunkers are obviously a work in progress.
