When I got fitted a few months back, I was sold on the Apex pro forged. Now that these x-forgeds have come out, any ideas how they compare?
I'm a 5 handicap and golf is hard enough, I have no interest in torturing myself with the Apex MBs

I hit the forged first. Loved them, was scared of the MB as everyone tells me I'm not good enough to hit them. (I'm a 4)
Going from my current irons, the Forged added about 10yds to every club. It was dumb and I couldn't believe it. But the monitor said what it said. Loved the forged.
Then I hit a few with an epic, didn't care for it.
Then I hit the MB's... all I can say is they're going in the bag. The only words I can use to describe them is "amazingly pure".
I never hit the Apex from last year so I can't compare, but those clubs felt better than any iron I've swung. (Not that I've tested everything but I've been playing for 20+ years). Go hit them, you won't be sorry.
