I don't know if that is good, bad, or average, but man I was more pumped after that shot than I am for any of my good ones. He was over the moon that he broke a tee.

We got paired up with a father and 13 year old son who was pretty damn good, and it was very cool to let my son see someone a little closer to his age and where he could be with some more playing. I don't push him much at all due to his age, but I really want him to fall in love with the game. Today was a good day for that.

No questions or requests, just wanted to brag on my boy a bit.

Golfing Dad's dream. I LOVE the game and could not get my kids interested. They played other sports. My daughter has great hand-eye coordination and would have been good at golf. I would not be THAT dad pushing his kids.

Fast forward to my 26 year-old daughter and now she really likes the game! (NO PICS ASSHOLES! )

Wish I could have shared golf with her. She has a good swing for not having any lessons or training.

GRTiger, enjoy every second!

It's never too late. My dad got me going at around 10, but I'm in my 30s now and still never enjoy a round more than with him. I started beating him when I was about 16, so I'm rooting for my boy to get me by the time he's 15 or younger. I'm going to make it as hard as possible, though.

I’m not a pro but you aren’t supposed to break the tee I thought

This kid is going to clean our clocks at the 5th annual TDGB Open. None of us will like it, but we will accept it.

Have an exceptionally happy Thanksgiving, bubba.

Was pretty cool. Little man was pumped to play next week which lends me to think he will be hooked soon.

Try to help him find the proper sequencing of curse words that correct ball flight.

I’ve tried many combinations, but have yet to find the proper verbiage that corrects my club face angle at impact relative to swing path issues.

That great he can hit it 100 yards!
Sounds like y’all are having fun.

Just make sure his GHIN makes him a “10” or so that way he has some shots when he “has a great weekend. Or “this is the best I’ve ever seen him play.”
