I hate hitting on mats but I understand why we have to. the islands mats is about the only mat ill hit off in the BR area

The rules on tee times vary greatly by whoever answers the phone.

Yeah, that was the exact thought I had. Sure would be nice if they went to an online booking system instead of having to ring them.

The fact is that morning tee times on the weekends in the baton rouge area are impossible. For whatever reason it may be. All the course are over played. The area needs at least 2 more courses to come close to meeting the demand. It is very frustrating but it is what it is.

Would take a lot of money to build another course and turn a profit. Real estate prices, labor, and cost for build and design are crazy.
Both the Baton Rouge and New Orleans area could use a few more nice courses but evidently the people in the industry don't think it would be profitable or sustainable enough to invest in it.
