How’s Belle Terre these days?

Looking for something different other than Carter/Brec and wanted to try a course I’ve never played.
Anyone know how Belle Terre is? How does it compare to Baton Rouge area courses?

Greens are just as good as BREC'S best but slow.

I've heard it's in pretty decent shape. Fairways are good. Some greens had a couple bare spots

Played there a few times in the last month for the first time. Great layout, course in good condition

Passed by it this am on I-10 on way back from JazzFest.

It’s in decent shape. Not many amenities and a little over priced. Probably why it’s never crowded.

Played last week, definitely worth playing.
Decent shape overall.
No dead spots on greens, but not exactly plush either.
Fairways are pretty good but there are some dry and rock hard areas, hit a 240 yard liner off the tee and it'll roll out to near 300 in some fairways lol.
No cart girls, and in general the clubhouse doesn't offer much really.

Belle terre is one of my favorite layouts. Hope they get the course and clubhouse rolling again, very fun course to play.
