Spinoff: Name the only golf course in Louisiana that was ranked in Golf Digest’s America’s Top 100 Greatest Golf Courses?

Has to be Squire, can't imagine any other course having that honor just taking a peak at what is ranked 75-100

I believe Black Bear was top 100 the first year it was in play.

I think The Bluffs is the right answer. It was 99 or 100 on one edition of the list. I’ve been following since 92ish.

There’s not one in the Top 200 now if don’t think. (Number 200 i believe was Broadmoor, which I’ve played, and there’s nothing I’ve played in LA which is close.

I know that the Bluff's was on the list one year, probably back in the 90's.

Timberlane in Gretna is the only course in Louisiana to make the list.

According to this list, Timberlane and Lakewood.

But there are a lot of Louisiana courses that are truly Iowa courses.
