E-Z GO with lithium batteries. These batteries do not require the maintenance of lead-acid and have an extensive warranty.

I have the Yamaha drive electric.

I then installed the riot kit from plowmans carts.

I then installed 100A-hr lithium batteries.

I recommend doing exactly the same thing on all accounts. Cart is a reliable beast that goes forever without charging.

2020 Yamaha electric. More headroom than the EZ-GO and Club Car. Ride is much smoother and the drive technology is nice going up hills.

I hate how loud most gas carts are also but must say the new Yamaha's are way quieter than the rest.

So you recommend a $12k golf cart?

Club Car electric i think is the best in general. Club car has an aluminum frame and will last a long time

I didn’t spend anywhere near $12k.

Bought the golf cart used. Sold the stock motor, controller, batteries, and solenoid for $1500.

Plowman sells Allied lithium for much less than retail.

I did all of the installation and programming myself.

Way less than $12k

So its' worse than recommending at 12k golf cart, you recommended a method that is complicated and takes electrical skill

It was very easy. Bolt on, plug in, and go.

But if you’re a giant pussy that can’t work a screwdriver, socket wrench, and a windows computer, the yah, I guess you need to look elsewhere.

I got 15 good years out of my Yamaha, then sold it for 1500.00 and its still running for the guy that bought it.

I only changed the batteries once.
