Final roster posted.
To summarize - they filled 14 spots this offseason, adding 1 new team of 4.
Resigned 5 players
4 new players qualified
Signed 5 new players (4 international players from PGA/DP Tour & 1 US Amateur):
#2 Rahm (Spain)
#16 Hatton (England)
#42 Adrian Meronk (Poland)
#82 Lucas Herbert (Australia)
Caleb Surratt (#10 US Amateur, U of Tenn)

They released it as John Rahm. Started getting made fun of then changed it.
They also originally released his team name yesterday as Legion 12 in Roman numerals instead of 13. Got made fun of, then changed it.
As I said yesterday their PR and marketing team is atrocious. And this isn’t coming from me, Flushing It, who is one of the biggest LIV backers is the one saving the original press releases

They had Danny Lee and James Piot hitting left handed in promos last year. That’s definitely one area they have to be better in to make it seem like a more serious league.

Big Hud has one of the individual spots in all 14 events. Looks like the other one will rotate and is Laurie Canter for the first event.

Not attached to a team. Probably used as an alternate if a team member WD’s. Will be included in weekly results for individual prizes & the season-long individual championship standings

I’ll have an eye on both tournaments today but will be hard to not default to the final group in LIV. DJ, Bryson and Rahm.
If that final group was on tour their commentary would be going nuts.

So next week at Riv should we compare that leaderboard to one that doesn’t exist at LIV?
Or should we say it’s maybe not an entirely fair comparison?

Well of course the pga leaderboard will look better when there’s no LIV event
I’ll watch the WM tomorrow but right now head to head the LIV leaderboard is more appealing.
Did LIV do away with the music or do away with it for the final round? Or maybe I’m going deaf because I can’t hear it like normal. They need to do away with it, by far the worst part of the broadcast.
