Boot Ranch is great and on a totally different scene Willie Nelson’s Cut and Putt in Spicewood is a vibe. There are tons of great courses in Hill Country.

Oh yea.

If you didn't know, you would also get Pine Valley as a response for Philadelphia recommendations, or Chicago Golf Club for Chicago or Oakmont for Pittsburgh, Cherry Hills for Denver, Seminole for S. Florida and Congressional for D.C. if you were to ask on here. Duh.

I should’ve brought my clubs. I’m right up the road at the hunting camp.

I’ve played The Quarry and vouch it is a round you won’t forget. You can play shots off the shear quarry walls.
My buddy, who was playing poorly, had and 60 ft. putt on 18. He bet me dinner he’d sink it. No way Jose, he hadn’t made a damn putt all day.
I said “Sure”. Don’t you know that mfer drilled it dead center. We couldn’t stop laughing.
Anyway, the uniqueness is truly memorable.
