ETA2: you game the srixon irons, right? How do you like them. I’m eyeing a 565/765 combo set or might just go full 565.

I absolutely love them. I was about to give up golf, because my irons game was in such a bad place. I never knew if it was going left or right.
I play 565 6-AW and couldn't be happier. I win a closest to the hole almost every week now. I used to win 1 a year.
A lot of guys go combo, and I would if you want some work-ability with the low irons. I didn't. I wanted straight all day. The only thing is I don't have that sweeping cut if I get stuck in the right trees. However, I don't go for the hero shot anymore, and it has eliminated stupid big numbers.

I got them with Project X 6.0 and MCC midsize grips +1 2*up. The shafts and grips were no extra charge through Srixon. They are butter.

I have the 765s in 4-PW. Love using the 4 off the tee on short par 4s. I didn't feel the need to combo because the 4-6 have extra weight in the toe. They're more forgiving.

Gene is a good baw and knows what he's doing, most of the guys over there are good and knowledgeable except for the one guy that only pushes callaway

My 6 goes 180 and I have a 4H. A 5i would fit that 190 spot, but I am rarely that far away from a green. I carry 5 wedges PW, AW, 52, 54, 58
I've thought of adding a 5i and pulling the 52 when I play longer courses.
