He would have won if he doesn't screw up 17 on Saturday

Or start +3 over the first 2 holes.

Not unless Steve was going to putt the short birdies he missed.

That's why I bring this up. I just don't think he has good chemistry with Joe and that has cost him. I think had Stevie been on the bag he wins the PGA. Stevie just had the it factor and knew how to club the guy in the most pressure packed moments. It really wouldn't surprise me if Tiger makes a caddie change this off season.

Based on what? Tiger is picky with people he associates with, if he had a problem with Joey he'd be gone.

Tiger flagged it all day Sunday, you think Joey is giving him the wrong clubs?? If he doesn't start bogey double bogey he might have won.

How many majors did Norman win with Williams carrying the bag?

He would have had to eagle to tie.

You can mainly blame it on the back 9 all week.

Based on knowing championship golf. There is just something that doesn't seem right about their relationship. Stevie was more a step up and say something guy but it seems Joe is more laid back like Freddie who he caddie for all of those years.

Most players rely on their caddies for three things. Show up, keep up, & shut up. Joe has a little more flexibility.

Steve didn’t do shite

It is well known tiger never went to his caddy for anything when he played

He barely even asks now, but he sometimes will bring in joe for some reads

Tiger didnt find the fairway with an iron off the tee which led to lip out bogey on a hole that had he found fairway...probably becomes a 50/50 birdie hole given at most an 8 iron in. I would question more the double on sunday at carnoustie. Maybe making sure that the worst is a 18 ft putt for par instead of bringing in double ...that might have been a scenario that Steve W says "i think away from the bunker..." but I think Joe deserves a good bit of credit. He could have found other gigs but stuck it out. I like Tiger and hope he wins more...for his sake and Joe's

I’d bet any money Steve believes this.
